Starting a 30-day running challenge

Recently I’ve decided to change work and country and start a new life abroad.
Since I don’t have much to do at work right now (I can’t start new things while leaving), I’ve started to think about my new life: how can I improve it?

After reading a nice post about Italian people and English language (I really suggest it if you are Italian, you will find out a lot of interesting points directly taken from the Italian culture 🙂 ) written by Alessia Anniballo, I ended up seeing a video by Matt Cutts: Try something new for 30 days.

I’ve decided to follow their advice and starting to do something to improve my life: since I’ll move to a new city, why don’t go running in the evening and/or in the weekend?
It will be a good solution to do some sports and visit the city.

So yesterday I made the first move: I bought some sports clothing, a band for my arm to take music and keys with me, a good pair of shoes and a thermal neckband (I don’t know how to translate it in English, hope you will understand what I’m talking about).
My goal is to go running 3 times a week, I’ll let you know how it will end.

And you? What do you want to try but you are too lazy to start 🙂 ?

Happy running,
M.
