For the last 6 7 years I've tried to write down a list of goals for the coming year: sometimes I achieved a lot, sometimes I failed. Last year I was not able to achieve a lot from my previous list.
It was again a long year: stopped a long-term relation, but then at the end of the year I met someone else, while continuing to improve on work perspective and attending private training session to build some healthy habits.
I started to notice some pattern and adjust to enjoy life more. Once again, I decided to continue to have a small list for this year resolution. I hope you can find some idea for your own list ๐.

๐ Travel frequently, even just for a day in a different city
๐ฐ Diversificate my investment portfolio
๐ Get good quality clothes
Health
๐ Body fat between 18% - 20%
๐ซ Reduce sugar consumption
๐ช๐ป Training at least 2 times a week
Work
๐ Read a book every month
๐ผ Try to take another role within my company I did it, I'm now a Team Lead โ๐ป!
โ๏ธ Go to work early / leave early The coronavirus made remote working normal, so I did it โ๐ป
