For the last
6 7 years I've tried to write down a list of goals for the coming year: sometimes I achieved a lot, sometimes I failed. Last year I was not able to achieve a lot from my previous list.
It was again a long year: stopped a long-term relation, but then at the end of the year I met someone else, while continuing to improve on work perspective and attending private training session to build some healthy habits.
I started to notice some pattern and adjust to enjoy life more. Once again, I decided to continue to have a small list for this year resolution. I hope you can find some idea for your own list 😊.
🌎 Travel frequently, even just for a day in a different city
💰 Diversificate my investment portfolio
👔 Get good quality clothes
🍗 Body fat between 18% - 20%
🍫 Reduce sugar consumption
💪🏻 Training at least 2 times a week
📑 Read a book every month
Try to take another role within my company I did it, I'm now a Team Lead ✌🏻!
Go to work early / leave early The coronavirus made remote working normal, so I did it ✌🏻
